# Voibe

> Voibe is private AI dictation and meeting notes for professional teams, such as legal, healthcare and financial services. Voibe Dictation (Mac and Windows): hold a hotkey, speak, and the text appears in whatever app you are using. Voibe Work (Mac and Windows) adds meeting notes with no bot joining the call: transcripts, summaries and chat with your meetings, saved on your computer. On-device mode keeps dictation entirely on your Mac; zero-retention cloud mode uses open-source models, deletes audio the moment processing completes, and never trains on your data. Voibe Free is free forever with limited words on one device; Voibe Dictation and Voibe Work are priced per seat. Voibe also offers a Transcription API and an MCP server for developers and AI agents: send a recording, get back a speaker-labelled transcript, timestamps and a summary.
