Why do I see lemonsqueezy on the payment window?

We use LemonSqueezy as our merchant of record. They handle all payments, tax compliance, and invoicing securely. This paymentwill appear as LEMSQZY* VOIBE on your bank or card statement.

Why don't I see a login or account on this website when upgrading?

Voibe accounts are created and managed inside the Mac app, not on the website. On this page you simply choose a plan and pay; when you later sign into the Voibe app with the same email address you used at checkout, your subscription is automatically linked to your account.

Which email should I use for purchase?

Use the same email address you use (or plan to use) to sign in to the Voibe app. We use this email to securely link your subscription to your app account, so when you log into the app with that address your plan is activated automatically with no extra codes or manual steps.

I upgraded but my app still shows the old plan. What should I do?

If your plan doesn't update automatically, please try signing out and signing back in to the Voibe app. This forces a refresh of your subscription status.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day refund guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with Voibe, just email us at hi@getvoibe.com and we'll refund your purchase.

Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, you will receive a proper tax invoice from LemonSqueezy immediately after your purchase via email.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers. All transactions are processed securely by LemonSqueezy, a trusted global payment provider.
